Anyone having trouble with there VOIP phone working on the Greenlight network? Phone worked fine on Thursday, stopped working Friday. First phone didn't work at all, got a replacement phone from Work, the phone can make out going calls and the receiver can hear me fine, but there speech is all garbled when they are talking to me. Another co-worker in Rochester is having the same issues with the phone not working. I tried three different routers, adjusting every setting I could, same issue. A co-worker told me that other Greenlight customers are experiencing the same issues with VOIP phones. Only the VOIP phones are affected, other network services are unaffected far as i know.
