Try Harrison Bros. shoe repair at the Greece Mall:

Harrison Brothers Shoe Repair
498 Greece Ridge Center Drive, Greece, NY 14626
(585) 225-2745‎

Two brothers whom have been doing shoe, luggage, boot, etc., repair for years. If they can't do it, they'll know who can.

Al's Shoe Repair on Monroe between 490 & Culver - my wife gets all her shoes worked on there. Pricing seems reasonable & friendly enough. He's only open on Saturdays, though. Might be a pain dropping off & picking up if you don't live in the neighborhood.
