Anyone Regret Buying a small tractor... if so what would you do different?

I owned a JD 4100 hydro great tractor until I was doing fall clean up and a branch hit the under belly and smashed the hydro supply line shut (stupid place) JD wanted $735 to repair after I paid a wrecker to skid me out back into my yard. JD said it was 6 hours labor, BS took the line off in 30 mins cut it opened it up put a collar sleeve braised it back rolling to Kubota dealer and traded.. Service sells you or your competition
