Here in America any steer over 3 years old is called an Ox. If you do not send them to freezer-camp, they can get big.

Yeah. Holsteins are big anyway (about 5' at the shoulder on a milk cow), and steers and bulls get bigger. Stick one in a herd of smaller breeds and they stand out.
