Dubble, i have a basement in my current primary resident. its a cluttered mess. I dread having to go through the mess again; I know its going to happen. But thats where we have everything related to heating/ excess storage etc. I am not sure how significantly its going to bump up the cost. I will have to check with the builder.

I am torn between having a basement and not. I agree, green living and solar is the way to go.

I also agree on healthy, happy living. The only reason why we decided to spend on a new place is because my son gets sick in this current place because of mould.
