This is not the kind of item you get (or find) on the Internet. Just find someone local that makes gates. Every rural area has several people that do this. Often a welding shop, sometimes a specialized gate shop. They will also either provide openers or partner with someone who does.
Gates don't have brand names, you just buy them local.
