We are moving to the Sacramento area and searching for a house in one of these 2 towns.
Our preference is for well kept established neighborhood which has custom homes with somewhat larger lots and mature tress. Looking for 3000 - 3500 sqft in $800k-900k range.

In Folsom , we liked American River Canyon but it doesn't have access to the best Folsom schools. Briggs Ranch seems to be another good option but very low inventory.

EDH has Highland View but again low inventory and little over our budget.

Serrano is pretty but not to our liking.

Looking for recommendations on other neighborhoods similar to these.

Appreciate any advice!

Folsom's Parkway neighborhood may be something you'd want to consider too. It is across from Briggs Ranch and in a nice wooded setting.

If you recommend GB then you probably assume that the OP has a well functioning time machine.
