Is the Fiddyment Farm area in Roseville a nice area to live?

I'm in WestPark, the neighboring development just to the south. We moved in last September, and we love it here. Fiddyment is a little more built out, and already has their own park in place. We on the WestPark side are still waiting for our park and Village Center to be built...with the real estate slowdown, though, we probably won't see those until thing s pick up again. At least the elementary school will be opening this fall though -- my son will be in its first kindergarten class!

There are several of us forum members here that live in WestPark or Fiddyment Farms.

We have lived in the Fiddyment Farm area for a couple of months now and really like the area and the people. I have met several of the neighbors and everyone is quite pleasant.
