I am relocating to the Park City area from Burlington Vermont at the end of January to start a new job. I am looking for a furnished 1-2 bedroom (prefer 2) apt/condo in the Park City/Heber area, or possibly SLC.

What are some good options? I have been searching CL and apartmentguide, but the reviews on every place I look at are all over the board.

I have signed a two year contract with the new job so it will be a long term lease.

Any help/leads would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

Look at Kimballs Junction, Pinebrook and around the Jordanelle Reservoir. I would skip Heber City as that drive can get super nasty in the Winter. Kamas and Coalville are better options. 1400@ month will get you what you want. It may take some digging a ski season can suck up a bunch of rentals but hang in there. I can DM you some contacts if you get in a jam.

Thank you! Any help you can provide would be great, I have been looking in Kimball junction a lot. Any specific communities there better than others?

In Kimball Junction, two complexes where you could rent your own 2-bedroom would be Powderwood and Crestview. They are right behind the Tanger Outlets. Crestview is nicer and newer, and has underground parking. 2-bedrooms there are about $1100-$1300/month. I think both have a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Canyon Creek also has a pool and hot tub, and some units have a garage. There are a couple other complexes that are income restricted. Going out to Pinebrook might get you something a little nicer. There can be a weird mix of people living in Kimball Junction apartments because they tend to be more affordable, but I haven't had any issues when I've visited friends at these places.
