Most likely, but in bad traffic you never know.

You could consider buying a monthly pass to drive solo in the carpool lane on Interstate 15. I think the rate is $50/month. My friend commutes from Springville to Salt Lake everyday and she says its well worth the $50 fee.

That's great, kirine! How are you liking the SNOW???

I'm told it's a much harsher winter than usual...as in much more snowstorms than usual!

How's your commute?

My dh drives from Bountiful (north of Salt Lake) to American Fork (south of Lehi) so it's an even further drive but it only takes him 45 minutes max in rush hour traffic on way. When it's not rush hour - 30 minutes.

I think Alta is a skiiers only resort, whereas Brighton allows both skiiers and snowboarders. My nephews like Brighton best. I'd say ask around at work. Perhaps someone there could help you.

Thanks for the input! Ya , i did ask ard, they told me something similar and there are choices like sundance and park city as well, i believe the park city should be at higher price.....

Btw, I will be here for months, could folks here tell me which are the things that I can't missed out?

The Sundance Film Festival will be happening in Park City this month, if you want to go hang around main street and look for famous faces walking around.
