Does anyone know where I can find a great female divorce attorney in Salt Lake? I have to deal with another female attorney from Utah county and I want it to be a fair fight. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

Let me get this straight. You are enbroiled in a divorce and you want it to be a fair fight. Well, now I've heard it all.

I thought this forum was to help people out not make fun of them.

i don't think sarge was trying to make fun of you, and i certainly wasn't trying to insult. if you took offense, i am sorry. i have no idea about legal aid, and i am surprised that no one else has any input so far...

i was just pointing out that it was an interesting choice of words you were using. when it comes down to it, if you have to go through a divorce, it's still better to be as just and cordial as possible, especially if children are involved, instead of all the kicking, screaming, name-calling, backbiting stuff that usually goes on.

aaron out.

I wasn't making fun of you by any means, but after 35-years in law enforcement dealing with the ugly aspects of divorce and the endless stream of associated, and often conflicting court orders, I had never heard of anyone wanting a fair fight. It's always been a cutthroat experience from my perspective.

In your case, I don’t think a female divorce attorney will make the disillusion of your marriage any fairer. The very fact that your spouse has retained legal counsel tells me there are storm clouds on the horizon.
