They were originally slated to go in the updated MacArthur Plaza shopping center off Nacogdoches and formerly Bitters, now MacArthur Way. The Walmart Neighborhood Grocery, very nice I must add and Dollar Tree are already open. Sad that they pulled out of this location. With the High School, middle and elementary schools a few blocks away I can't imagine how busy they would have been.

They also serve a wide variety of other things. Definitely not the same Dunkin Donuts I remember as a kid. Huge disappointment.
I think DD is like Whataburger, it holds special memories for those native to their original regions but for the rest they are meh. Personally, I'm a DD guy over Krispy Kreme and Shipleys, but then again I'm from the Northeast.

My biggest complaint is that it seems you can't get Peanut Butter Iced/Creme donuts outside of the Mid-Atlantic.

I remember liking Dunkin Donuts as a child, but the things they have now taste like they were shipped from a factory.

Does the original DD at Military and 90 not make the donuts at the store anymore either? I haven't been there in a long time.

Gonna have to agree with everyone else that said DD donuts NEVER taste fresh. They have the same 3-day old texture/taste no matter what state I get them in.
