Cable network CNBC did a live interview with the CEO of San Antonio's largest employer today. The story the company has to tell seems to be very positive.

I Worked at USAA for over a year, miss the bonuses and benefits, and thats about it. They watch everyone like hawks! They do make sure that you know how lucky you are to be there. Lots of great and not so great people, but I guess that would be anywhere you work.
