Its 51* now with a high of
74*. My hair? It's no longer a pile of frizz, which is in the top 10 of my favorite things about visiting California. Headed to Morro Bay and Cayucos in a bit, and its usually collder there since its right on the coast.

Must be a little warm out because my chihuahua couldn't hang with me while I was mowing the lawn. I remember when I used to always whine about how hot and sweaty I would get and now it's just a couple drops on my forehead.. this craptastic weather seriously needs to end, though. My lawn is absolutely pathetic looking.

gawd, this weather is horrible! Haven't eaten much of anything in two days now because this heat just zaps my appetite, darn pool temp is like bath water and not even refreshing, going to have a $300 electricity bill with the AC kicking on every 10 minutes. Yard and bushes are just sad little brown twigs at this point. Kids refuse to go outside to play and I can't blame them or even scold them for being couch potatoes. THis is just ridiculous.

Come on Mother Nature....give us a little break puleese!!!

Yeah, if a chihuahua can't tolerate it (mine will usually lay on the cement driveway in the blazing sun just to relax), then there's no way you can expect a kid to be outside.

Luckily plenty of irresponsible "parents" are allowing their kids to hang out late at night, though... after all, they're just a bunch of good boys and girls.

Wouldn't this be like 3/4 of our city? Just sayin'. I have known people who have had this surgery and they said it was life-changing. They have kept the weight off with diet/exercise. At this rate in the obesity game I'd think anything that prolongs your life you should do. Yeah you'll be in debt forever, but who isn't in debt?
