Hi! I'm new to San Antonio, from Lafayette, LA. Haven't had much luck finding new friends and while I love my fiance & son, I really do need a wine drinking buddy!
I enjoy taking my son (14 month old) to the park, Cooking for guests, wine, taking pictures, make up, SHOES
, movies...so if anyone knows of any good SAHM mom groups around here, please let me know! I'm going crazy.

SanAntonioMommies.com -- A Mommies Network Community is another.
I don't belong to that particular site, but I belong to one of their sister sites in VA (the "Mommies Network" has 100+ sites around the country). I just never joined the SanAntonioMommies as my kiddo was out of the age group for playdates and such when we moved here.

I bet you miss Lafayette! I used to go with my dad when I was a kid, he'd take me to Don's for dinner. Mmmm! I'm from Houston so...I understand. lol

Oh I miss Lafayette SO MUCH! I never realized how little crime went on there until we moved here. I just don't feel that sense of security here, but the city definitely has a lot of redeeming qualities. For example, DSW!
