i was wondering if someone here knows of anyone who can repair vinyl flooring. ive searched around but havent had any luck finding someone who offers this service.

i have a small spot in the kitchen where the vinyl is coming up along the seam and pieces along the edge have cracked off. the kitchen takes up a large area and i'd hate to have to replace the entire flooring just for this one small spot.

That's going to be a tough one - primarily because finding matching material is likely going to be tough. About the only thing I could think of would be going by some of the flooring places and asking if they have folks they could recommend.

If you're looking for extra material, check the attic and garage...

Try Mr Handyman. They have services for what your looking for and offer a warranty on the work, . Ask some of your neighbors if they have a handyman they have used and liked. Word of mouth references are the best. As to finding a replacement piece, look under the fridge.
Don't let someone just glue it down put weight on it and call it fixed. Your gonna have to cut seam out about 2 inches on either side and replace the piece.
