I've had bees coming to my hummingbird feeders...sometimes they're covering every opening. It depends on the weather, apparently, as to whether they're doing this. Of course, nectar has more to attract them than just water! Other winters I've only had them occasionally go to a bag of empty soda cans, if I had any outside. But this involves more bees and they come more often. Poor hummingbird can't always get to the feeder because of them. This is only the second winter I've had hummingbirds around.

I'm going to make a bath for the bees - yellow, blue or white container and put small rocks in it, then empty bird bath until the bees get to like their new bath.
That's basically what I've had to do. My multiple baths in summer were taken over by a neighbor's multiple hives, which they brought home after retiring. I suspect their own water source is either not enough, or in the wrong spot for them to use (too close & they won't use it because it's in the area they defecate in as they leave the hive in the morning).

I had to empty the farthest birdbaths for a few days, move the ones I wanted them to use (4 of them) closer to them & farther from our house, fill those, & let them get used to using them. But, after they were using them regularly, when I filled the other birdbaths, they found all but 2 of those again. So, the poor birds have had to do with only 2-3 out of our 12 birdbaths during the hottest parts of the year. ):
