where is the good? This is just more proof that 100% of the blame falls on the irresponsible POS owners. The ones attacking these people for trying to do their work should be euthanized on the spot and I'm talking about the owners, not the poor dogs.

Still waiting for an explanation of the purpose of this thread. That was why I asked what was good. This is awful and a serious problem for the over abundance of irresponsible idiots that populate this city.
