No picture but I love Hell on the Red. Hot is my favorite but mild is yummy too just a bit wimpy! I like my veggies pulverized and this tastes like Red went into his backyard, picked the veggies, popped them in the food processor and poured it in a bottle. I hate big chunks in my salsa and want it to taste like it wasn't even cooked. Needless to say I couldn't find this in NC so I was going to have to start making it myself--but we came home so I'm happy (and 5 pounds fatter from chips and salsa) again

Las Palapas dark sauce. If you ask nicely they give you a bunch to take home. But then again I have been eating there for years and know everyone there. Store bought I'd go with the rooster one.

The roasted hot sauce from Las Palapas or "the dark one." Went one time and asked the guy at the counter if I could order a container of it to take with my to go order. He did, free, and for the next week, my nephew and I expiremented and put that stuff on everything. It's surprisingly good with pizza.

Tabasco and Cholula and Siracha but I'll make my own for a better balance of tangy and hot, usually green tomato and cayene peppers blended with secret seasonings and a hint of lemon.
