Best place to Karaoke? (San Antonio, Center: rent, house, food)

My friends and I are wanting to sing some Karaoke but have no idea where to go. Looking for a fun place, preferably non smoking. Any ideas? Thanks!

Boneheadz on Monday nights around 9:00 or 10:00...but there is smoking.

I dont know if they are still open, its been a while since Ive gone there, but Top Karaoke off of Perrin Beitel and Wurzbach Parkway is awesome! Its asian style karaoke, where you and your friends all pile into your own room you rent out hourly, they have a huge TV and awesome karaoke system thats all yours to use. Smoking is allowed but since you are in your own room, you dont have to be exposed to it.

I wouldnt recommend going there unless you are a larger group, at least 5...its kinda expensive otherwise. I believe it was 20 bucks per hour for the room we used...there was about 6 of us and we fit more than comfortably. They also have a small menu of food and drinks available. It is owned by an asian couple so the food and drinks (and song library) reflect that, though I do remember there being a large amount of english songs as well.

Check them out! They are open late even on the weekdays! I had a blast there!

I'm glad you posted that PM.....we used to go to a place called ZPang that was exactly the same thing only it was off Fred and Callaghan. It was an absolute blast and I was bummed when I found out that it closed. The only thing I'm not too keen on with this Top Karaoke place is the location.

The Chacho's in Medical Center had karaoke about 5 years ago when we visisted there. Since it has been so long, I don't know if they still have it. You might want to call.

Only place I can sing without being pelted with rotten vegetables....my shower.

The House of Pizza and Chinese Cuisine (which always cracks me up) has it on certain nights.....can't remember which ones. There is no smoking inside but they do hookah on the patio, I believe. They have just about everything you can think of on the menu--some good, some fair, some I'd stay away from. fourcuisines.com - Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean, & American is the site with their menu and if you're interested in the karaoke nights, you should just call them.

It's located on the NW side.....Tezel and Timber Path. Checked the link and it looks like Mondays for karaoke.

Dads (a big dive and yes there is smoking) has karaoke every day. During the week karaoke starts at 6 pm and weekends 8 pm I beleive.

Naara Cafe near Wurzbach/I10 has Monday night karaoke. It's a hooka cafe, so there will be smoke, but karaoke is usually on the patio in decent weather so it's not too bad. They are BYOB with a service fee but have plenty of other beverages and food.
