From SA Business Journal:

Office Ally is relocating its corporate office from Vancouver, Wash., to San Antonio. The company also plans to open a new customer call center in the city to better serve health care clients across the United States.

Office Ally currently works with more than 164,000 health providers and 5,400 insurance carriers to market the company’s electronic health records, practice management system and billing service. The company’s Practice Mate product gives doctor’s offices the ability to create and maintain patient records, store insurance information, book appointments and track accounts payable and receivables.

I would like to know where the other 150 new hires are going to work. Are they hiring anyone to work at their HQ or are they transferring everyone from Washington?

I'm unable to get the link in the OP to work, but I have never seen a corporate relocation where they are able to get 100% of the employees to transfer, even with relocation allowances. So presumably, there would be some local hires.
