Not sure if anyone noticed but they are building new homes right next to the Sundance Ridge on the hill. Just at the top and over towards the east side of the hill they are building Pulte, Centex and Gehan homes which will be in the valley section between the hill and Citibank but what I want to know is who is building on the east side of the hill which is also being cleared. My wife and I ventured there Saturday which has an entrance through Sundance Ridge as you drive through the neighborhood. These home will have fantastic views and are higher in elevation then the highest homes in Sundance. Since the entrance is through Sundance you’d think they would be KB but I don’t think so. Anyone familiar with this?

I see where Meritage Homes will be building in an area called The Heights of Arcadia Ridge. Maybe the name is indicative of the higher areas that you mentioned above?

Hey, it's been a while 940, are you back in the area? Yeah, I saw the Meritage sign but it was near the other signs closer to the other side.

My wife was very interested in the high spots but I myself am leaning towards 1283 as I want more land for our final home.
