Hi, I am wondering if anyone knows of any good section 8/low income apartments near Sea World. I am looking for my mother and myself, would love it to be in a nice family area and safe because I wont be home much because of work and school. If there are any good 55+ apartments also near sea world that would be helpful. I would love to find an apartment thats like The Mirabella apartments

Section 8 housing is all over the city....east, west, north and south. Try apartment locators and call around.

Look into Costa Valencia. It is at 410/90 and a tax credit property.

I would recommend picking up a free copy of the For Rent catalog near the HEB entrances. Properties that you are looking for are labeled on the ad and the magazine is divided into the sections of SA.

Also look into rental homes instead of just apartments. HUD has some homes in that area.
