I was in your pos not to long ago and was very tempted for the payday loan. However when I was approved reading the terms and rates I backed out and decided I'm just gonna have to make it work. I'm a business man, so some advice that worked for me I cut people's yards for money!!! No lie charged like 20 bucks for just front and it worked I can do 2-3 yards a hour depending on size... Anybody in need of cash this is the best and quickest way! I'm since back on my feet...btw to answer your question no it is not illegal to close your account. Good luck my friend I will pray you find what works best!

These guys will wreck you...if it will keep the payday loan scum off your back skip your car payment they won't come after you as fast or as hard.

Then you and or your wife need to find a part time work, they are everywhere around here...seaworld, kolhs, walmart, delivering pizza, call centers, these jobs are not ideal but they will keep the creditors at bay.

Good luck
