Hopefully, they'll open somewhere else. Still have a $50 gift certificate.

One of the things I've figured out from Groupon is that San Antonio has a vast, maybe even absurd, number of spas - many of whom are resorting to deep discounting to compete for business. That tells me it's not a sustainable business to be in.

Default so disappointed

I just went to the site to get the phone number and check on what they offered because I have a $100 gift certificate my husband gave me for my birthday.
So I guess no birthday gift for me then.

I hope they weren't doing more than just spas.

I also have a gift certificate. Tried calling 210-807-8244 and got voicemail. Left a message requesting a refund. Don't know if it will work, but worth a try.

I had a friend who ran a spa for a few years in Houston and said unless you have many customers its a hard business to run. High overhead sometimes with little or no return.
