Meh, I wouldn't put too much into that. Look at what it's based on.

Bragging that we reproduce at an alarming rate isn't what I would call an honor... and based on the continued poverty level for many families in this city, I certainly wouldn't call that 'sexually satisfied.' Perhaps we should instead strive to be the most 'sexually responsible' city.

How is this even possible for San Antonio to be that high up on the list with dating life for singles here to be IMPOSSIBLE. Oh, I get it, because the already marrieds here are jumping into bed all the time, they just have each other, nothing else!

Being single in this city is horrible! To get laid no problem, to actually meet someone and have a educated convo nope! All these career point 3 baby mommas with 4 different baby daddy's walking around here. But for some good NSA sex hell yeah San ntonio is good for that. Guess that what it means

We do have a lot of rather young people running around with kids of their own. So guess I can see why we made the list. As to the single scene never thought it was that bad here. Granted you have a lot of single mothers out there, but that's just about everywhere now. Also last time I looked if you're a guy, the Girl to Guy ratio for San Antonio is in your favor.

From 2003, http://www.census.gov/population/www...bles/tab05.pdf but remember reading a article somewhere recently that said pretty much the same stats.
