It will be nice if we can have a setup where our CC are blocked from any amount over 200.00 unless you call and allow it for one time.
I do think you can set something like that up, depending on the company.

Default Horrible,

Like other posters here a sense of outrage immediately overcame me at hearing this tale.
It does not make sense, perhaps the Lincoln was a stolen automobile?
Why would someone with the means to own a such a car as a Lincoln Mkt commit an armed robbery?
TO support a drug habit?
I hope he is caught and punished. I have heard of this ploy before...The flat Tire Ploy, it is a distraction
for an dubious ulterior motive.
Glad she is alright, Mike. It is good to have street smarts, particularly-- women, don't you wish you could have been there?

Grateful your wife is safe...know this has to shake you both to the very core.

Here is a GREAT way for ladies to conceal carry...and NOT have to worry about getting to weapon in a purse that might be the subject of "interest"...trust me, not uncomfortable at all!

Did you made a police report? I guess, robbing people is the way to support his spending incl. expensive car.
Walmart has a lot of security cameras all over the parking lot. Hopefully someone will be able to ID this guy.

One more reason to not shop at Walmart, though...

Not only did he rob her but he cussed at her. He deserves a backhanded slap across the mouth for that alone.

I may be able to get more answers from the "fraud annalist" but I can't call them, I have to wait for them to call me back in 3-5 days. No wonder these scumbags feel they can get away with it if the credit card company won't even help catch them.

The SAPD detective working the case has been great but she needs purchase details to request footage.
i hope you get the money back that was used fraudulently.

At work we had an issue with a stolen credit card. We were able to look at the statement and the store #'s were listed for the specific CVS and such. The detective was able to get the security footage and match to the cashier and time from the store's records. It was pretty painless. Caught the guy, too.

It is a shame that Target's charges aren't clearly designated by store number or address.

It would be a rare situation that you couldn't charge back or get refunded on a credit card charge, fradulent or not. It is MUCH easier than debit cards, that is for sure.

I have a hard enough time finding a bra let alone a bra that will fit my gun.
