Lets go back in time..I will start.
Remember When ....You got your windshield cleaned, oil checked,
and gas pumped, without asking, all for free, every time?
And you didn't pay for air? And, you got trading stamps to boot?

I found a bunch in my grandma's stuff a couple of weeks ago when we were cleaning through it. Check goodwill... we gave away like 10 of the things. I didn't know wtf they were and had to ask my mom.

I remember going to the drugstore with a soda fountain and getting a cherry coke (made right in front of you) for about 10 or 15 cents.

Remember when San Antonians drove in the right lane, signaled to pass and were courteous on the road? It used to be like that in the early 90s around here, but those days are long gone.

One thing I love is driving out on country roads, where people still wave to you and if you come up behind a slower-moving vehicle, they moved over to let you pass. It is a vanishing act of courtesy…

Cheers! M2

Anyone else remember "Texas Gold" stamps? You would get them at HEB. Get enough stamps and you had a little catalouge you could order things from.
