I only refer my clients to a few specific brokers that I know will provide them with excellent customer service, which is based primarily on their certainty/ability to close in addition to walking you through the process and setting realistic expectations. In my opinion, having the same person walk it through from start to finish can be a significant advantage over a situation where multiple "representatives" not likely familiar with your process are handling your mortgage application.
