Well San Antonio is ok it's a city that has potential. But like they say it can be better. It's the 21st century we need to come out of the dark ages and get city leaders who will get with the program.

There are a couple of posters on this Forum that LOVE to wallow in their distaste for SA (and just about everything else in life)...but you will find that most folks LOVE it here and really enjoy being a part of the city (and human race for that matter)!
I think coming from El Paso, you will feel like you have landed in NYC!

Ha Ha my fiance (and her family) are from El Paso, and they love San Antonio, but the one thing they consistently complain about is the humidity, which I find funny because we're usually nowhere near the levels of humidity one would experience in say Corpus or HOUSTON

Of course, it's not without it's own issues, but, IMO, the pros far outweigh the cons. I don't know how long you'll be in SA, but I hope you enjoy your stay!
