Any ideas on what's going on the south side of Borgfeld (North of Timberwood Park between Bullis County Park and Timberline/Canyon Golf)?

Are you talking around the road work(they are making it two lanes in each direction just like the other half of the road, closer to 281 or the middle/high school they are building in the park?

Thanks, 007 - was talking about all the trees being razed on the 65 acres south of where that road construction is happening.

Should've known....just found out Pulte is developing that neighborhood. What they've got against nice oak trees I'll never understand....

Default Trees!

It costs roughly twice as much to leave the trees during site preparation. Besides the elevation may change precisely where the trees are sitting or perhaps even to prepare a drainage plan so it may impossible to leave them behind.
They might be sitting in the middle of a future roadway or a storm drain route. Any number of reasons.
The more expensive subdivisions will leave the trees if possible.
