I definitely can't wait for Freddy's to open. For anyone that hasn't tried it, it's VERY good.

It's closer to the Hunt lane area I think - but yeah probably the same location! Authentic Chicago Pizza?? I think I know the guy behind that...I remember talking to someone about it...

The creepy lady with the dollar store candles came a-knockin' today--wanting to show me a Kirby or some type of cleaning system. Um, sure, I'm really going to let you in my house. I'm in Silver Creek, but y'all can come get her and take her back whenever you like.

We'll see once he opens. Really matters little that he's from there. I'm from NY. Take a guess at how many places that I've been to in this country (with owners that are from NY) that had marginal/horrible pies compared to what I grew up with?
I even know a guy who ships his water down from NY to FL in the never ending quest to duplicate his pizza back in NY.
Water, ovens, cheeses...all important.
Let's pray! I hope it's good too.

I'll see if I can get a hold of him - he lives in Westcreek - maybe we can talk him into making some pies for us!

Oh Paka, good idea! With GW's help, we could become the official CD taste testers of any new restaurant coming to town! Then, we could get on CD and give our opinion of new places!!! It's my dream job, a food critic!!!
