Came to San Antonio from San Angelo to go to a football game this evening. Been two years. Earlier this morning I took a shower in the hotel room. We visited the Alamo, the Riverwalk, and ate lunch at Mi Tierra, pure tourism, but really nice.

Went back to the hotel, and took another shower.

It is so hot, so humid, and it is just unacceptable. This city is two-hundred miles from the Gulf, there's no wind, it's more humid than the Mekong Delta!

Ugh! We still have a football game tonight, and certainly another shower. More sightseeing tomorrow: Pearl, King William, the other Missions. I'm dreading it already.

Come on, please do something, it's almost October.

Thank you.

Yesterday was the coolest day we have had in months.

I don’t think sacrificial pigeons will do the job; Jove will want a sheep at least, maybe a bull.

This is great weather for us for this time of year. Cool enough to work outdoors, the AC isn't running 24/7, etc.

This is the coolest it has been since the beginning of the year. San Antonio went through a brutal summer like we always do, so we are appreciating the lower temps.

I was thinking that this would be something about all the effing rain and lack of 90 degree weather. The humidity is higher right now, but I was not ready to give up on pool weather. Not by a long shot.

Well, we had a great time this weekend, but I never want to feel 94 percent humidity again unless I am next to an ocean. Loved the Mexican food.
