My 2-year contract with AT&T is coming to an end soon. Thinking about switching to T-Mobile One Plan. Wondering how strong T-Mobile phone signal fare in Cibolo/Schertz area. Can somebody who currently is on T-Mobile plan tell me. Thanks...

This may require some research on your phone and which bands it and T-Mobile supports. A simple answer may not be a good one.

While what resonator says is true as long as you have a new phone you will be fine with T-Mobile. I had AT&T since 2009 and last year decided to switch to T-Mobile. Best Decision I have made! AT&T service is better but it's not worth the price and T-Mobile has gotten way better. I driven thru New Braunfels, Segiun, Cibolo, And Schertz, have had no problem with T-Mobile service. I didn't once have no cell phone service in Cibolo/Schertz. It does get a bit weak around Canyon Lake but it wasn't a big deal.

Update...

Thanks guys; I went ahead and switched to T-Mobile. Been about 2 weeks already. Signal strength is around 2 to 3 bars; but there's been no problem, no drop call. LTE internet speed is as fast as of AT&T. And the best thing is that I have access to Netflix now.
