I've only found two so far (4927 Walzem and 3910 Fredericksburg). Were there any more locations?

There was a location on W Military Drive and Hwy 90. A high school friend of mine were reminiscing about Puffin’ Billy’s and came to the conclusion that the Railrider Special was the beginning of the value meal that all the fast food burger places have now. What do you think?

I don't know since I never actually went to one while they were still open. I was still kind of young at the time (late 90s) when my grandparents would take me to SA. I'm guessing that they were all closed by then
