i am looking for the name of a mexican restarant coming home from utsa (and there is a place called bright star care near it) on IH10 i thnk, i that I pass by all the time that looks like a mission with a blue rim around it that glows at night but never knew what it was called? it is a big place and has been there for years. any ideas?

Defiantly Mamacitas from the description given in the first post. Overrated food (sorry I just don't like it) but the atmosphere is nice. The inside makes you feel like you are sitting outside.
