We moved into our new house last week and I'm having a problem with fire ants and scorpions. We are new to the city and would appreciate any referrals for a reliable pest control company. I prefer organic-minded companies but after finding a scorpion in our bed last night I'll take any method out there!

We use Terminix and have been happy with the results....i.e., no bugs in the house along with no scorpions.

Home defence, orkin, Termix and by all means stay away from Romey pest control they sent me collection notices. Apprenently they said i cancelled my account and billed me 230 dollars because it was written on the contract, I told them to show me proof that i cancelled my account and reported them to BBB.

We have used Early Bird Pest Control for 2 years. We do monthly service, but they do offer quarterly. I love that I have the same person everytime.

AFAIK, the only chemical-free pest control service in town is offered by
ABC Pest and Lawn .

I have used the same pest control guy for years and all my family that lives in the area have also been his customers for years. Its a small business so you are able to develop a personal relationship with him over time. Which I love because it results in great customer service. It Arrest-A-Pest and the owners name is Hector. Organic pest control
We use "earthwise organic pest control" and have been really happy with the results. Keeps the bugs away, plus the exterminator has always been very consciouses and professional.

We use Preventative Pest Control. They offer bi-monthy and quarterly options. They were recommeneded to us by a friend and a few of our neighbors also use them.

Someone recommended Bob Jenkins to us and so we use them - we also have a new house that is on a greenbelt, and we've not had a bug/scorpion problem since we've been using Bob Jenkins - and I have seen lots of bugs and a couple scorpies outside so I know they're out there... we get our yard done by them too to prevent fire ants and keep the majority of bugs at bay... their website says they use natural and organic products, and I know it hasn't hurt my 2 kids or my cats and pet mouse...Home Page (http://www.jenkinspest.com/index.html - broken link)
