I'm graduating from Arizona State with a BSN in Dec 08 and planing to move back to San Antonio soon after. What are the latest starting salaries for ICU entry level RNs? I have been working in the ICU as a Nurse Extern since January (1 day a week).

From Salary.com I'm seeing the numbers for RN-ICU nursing salaries in San Antonio
49K for the lower 10% $23/hr
53k for the lower 25% $25.5/hr
62k for the upper 25% $29.8/hr
66k for the upper 10% 31.6/hr

Does anyone have any real data points that correlate to these numbers?

OK, go for it! I am an RN so maybe I can help. I haven't been in SA very long but I know a few other nurses around. Maybe I can help!
