If you could change something in your past-what would it be?

For me it would be that I would of been nicer- and not spent so much time on revenge.
If I only knew then, what I know now, how much wasted engergy that was! And how killing them with kindness really does work...

Not a thing. While there are a ton of things I'm not proud of, I'm very happy with who I am today and my past is the reason I'm where I'm at.

I wish I had met my husband earlier and started my family sooner. I'm so grateful for them now but I'm forty something with two very young children.

I would have gone to pick up Kenny Chesney from his hotel when he played at the Bluebonnet Palace (oh yeah, I said it). Instead I hung back with my then-friend because she didn't want to be left by herself. Errrr...I could have been Mrs. Kenny Chesney! HA! I did get to meet him backstage and he said he liked my hat...that was pretty cool.

BTW, I love my husband and children to death and honestly wouldn't change a thing.

Same here. I knew better but didn't do better. It's harder to lose this weight in my mid 30's than it was a decade ago.

I would have divorced my ex sooner (but AFTER I had my son, of course). What a waste of my 20's!

I would have stayed in school when I got pregnant with my firstborn son, or at minimum I would have returned when he was 2, not when he was 16.

Honestly though, I think every life experience has taught me something invaluable and I wouldn't really change much. Even the horrible decade with my ex, because it taught me how to recognize true happiness (and the definition of a true PARTNER) when it did come along.

The one and only thing I would change:

Like most young people, I took time for granted. I wished days away so the one I was really looking forward to would arrive sooner, not realizing that each day was worth savoring. Now I do realize it, and I never wish a day away--I've even learned to embrace Mondays--I know Friday will be here in the blink of an eye.

I wish I would have gone to college. And I wish I would've watched my weight and been more active, taking better care of myself. I am in the midst of trying to lose a lot of weight now- down 60, but 35 very stubborn pounds left to go.
