What are you suppose to do here in Sa when your employer doesnt pay you? I was workin at a local resturaunt and the owner hasnt payed me in over a month!

I would start with the Start With Trust -- Start With BBB

Fill out one of these forms (also available in Spanish) and have it notarized, or fill it out in front of a TWC rep. The TWC will take it from there. Good luck, that sucks.

you dont even have to have it notarized, just contact TWC, file a claim for unpaid wages.
