"Spooked" isn't even an appropriate term, more like downright "freaked out." Hehe... I recommend going with a big group so that you don't feel isolated and/or that the "monsters'" attention are all on you. They also have other things going on outside like magic shows and games and such. =) No need to worry all that much if you go though... The monsters won't touch you, and they expect you not to touch them back. Also, opportunities to take pictures with different characters outside, such as a guy who makes a GREAT Batman.
I have read Nightmare on Grayson was the haunted house to beat here in town. I need someone to go with because even though I love that stuff, I am a big scardy cat.

I think we paid $15. My husband's cousin had gotten a brochure somewhere that had a coupon in it so I think they paid a couple of dollars less. I really would not recommend it to anyone looking to get spooked. Check out a haunted house like the other poster mentioned. Actually, I heard from some of my high school students that the Fiesta Texas Fright Fest (I think is what it is called) is pretty scary. You might get more bang for your buck by doing something like that.

Man, that tour was soooooo boring I could barely keep my eyes open. I'd just buy one of those SA ghost books by Docia Schultz Williams and drive around finding all the spooky joints in her books. I visited a few "haunted" spots found in some of her books years ago - you really have to research to find the exact locations of some though - I went to one place, I can't recall where it is at the moment, but that house scared the **** outta me, had a really bad "vibe," like a filming location for Texas Chainsaw Massacre VIII!
