Wow, this thread has taken off!

Since posting this, I did check WalMart's web site and called the Bandera Road store. They were sold out despite the web site stating they had some (it was last updated at 10:30 this morning); so I called the Boerne store and they had them! So, I just in my little Sprocket car and zoom down 1604 and IH-10 at Mach None to Boerne as fast as my little legs can pedal! I get there and they have several, so I snag one and stuff it into the back of Sprocket and take a leisurely drive home down Scenic Loop Road (after calling the Frau and letting her know I was successful in my quest!). It is a beautiful evening and there is nothing more satisfying then being able to drive through the Texas Hill Country at your own pace. That is, until some dumb woman runs a stop sign and almost smashes into my 3-week old car! Luckily, Sprocket stops on a pfennig, so I was able to safely avoid the moron without too much trouble.

So, that’s today’s adventure! Moderator cut: blog site I swear I can never go out of the house without some tale to tell when I get back!

Cheers! M2

I'm the same way. My wife says it's because I'm a bad driver, but she gets to see it first hand when she's in the car with me. I think I'm a moron magnet or something.
