Simple answer - The mall. Question answered.
Yes, it was simply answered in post #2, back in 2009. Also in that post was a link to a forum, where they are discussing, among other things, the legal issues surrounding these devices. Perhaps you could follow that link and express your displeasure with e-cigs there?

Since the question was asked here, and since many states, counties, and cities are being forced in to enacting their own laws to protect minors against e-cigs due to the federal government not, I think it's very relevant to this forum.

Thank you for your suggestion though

It was only asked after you said what you said. And you're welcome.

is there a specific reason you want to buy them in person rather than online, if you don't mind me asking? is there a particular brand or style you're looking for? i ask because the products in the kiosks are woefully overpriced, and there's usually only one luxury brand per kiosk.

not to derail the topic, but some quick googling brought up this article: New Questions Raised About E-Cigarettes - Health News Story - KSAT San Antonio (http://www.ksat.com/health/24433042/detail.html - broken link)
"According to the Texas Department of State Health Services, it is illegal to buy or sell e-cigarettes regardless of your age. Currently, the FDA is stopping shipments of e-cigs at the border because they are believed to be an unapproved drug delivery device." i'm having trouble finding any info to substantiate this claim. i have many reservations about e-cigs ("This actually helps you heal. The water vapor loosens up the tar in your lungs and you'll notice it" -- i would want this medically documented before i'd believe a word of it) but i know many people who use this to /quit/ smoking, quite successfully, which is why i am interested in finding more about this issue.

[if this is too off topic i'll remove it]

I tried an e-cig once, but had trouble with it. How do you keep the darned thing lit?

Hi, updating since this thread was revived. We ended up getting one off of the internet after reading poor reviews of the ones in town. This was actually for my husband who ended up quitting smoking/using the e-cig just a couple of months after getting it. Not to say that it helps all people quit but I am very sure that it helped him.

I was there the other night and I saw this, I almost bought one but I decided to do more research first. So you recommend it? How much did it cost? And how much do refills cost? What is the exact name of it? Sorry for all the questions!

Thanks,
VERONICA
