Because it wouldn't even be a story were it not for the accident in Houston. Nobody seems to care much about drunk driving here. And Emilio is San Antonio's favorite son, apparently. I think it was the protective head gear he habitually wears to his frequent court appearances. Wanna lay money down he doesn't have on manana??? And no public service because of his disabilities. This is DWI # 3!!! UGH!!! Hey...he's got protective gear....he could handle prison!
