I saw this on the news and felt it was a little misleading. I feel he did not beat him BECAUSE of the burger, the burger was just the last straw in smething that was brewing for awhile. Unless he is a total psycho, I don't think he would beat just ANYONE over a burger. JMO

When I was living in NY years ago, we had two brothers as neighbors...one brother beat the other with a golf club because he wouldn't go get him a beer.
Same brothers, one stabbed the other over a cookie.
