I'm suprized we don't have any here also. If it's one thing San Antonio has come to love it's franchize restauraunt buffets. Especially Indonesian / Malaysian chicken joints.
Sit tight, I'm sure there will be one near you and one near me soon. Pretty soon you won't be able to shoot a deep fried rat out of a potatoe gun without having it sail over at lease one franchise buffet somewhere.
