Lived in Michigan most of my life. Lived in North Carolina for 2 years. Moved here to Selma July 2009. LOVE it here However I must say I am going to miss the snow I grew up with. I will be going back for a few visits this winter.

Nashville, Tennessee, Music City! My husband and I have been here 8 months and we love it! Don't plan on going back there to live. I do miss the beautiful leaves and my grandchildren.

Before moving here (Boerne) last month, we lived in Norhteast Ohio, outside Youngstown. I spent my whole life in Ohio, except 6 years when I was in the Navy. 18 years ago when I was discharged, we spent 2 days in Amarillo. We said then that someday we will have to move to Texas. Here we are 18 years later and finally made it. Once we told our friends where we were going, they thought we were from here originally. They said it was all 'attitude/state of mind' and they way I BBQ brisket. (Was taught by an old boss from Houston - no one up north except us knew how to truly BBQ, or even knew what brisket was) Love it here, and it is better than I even remembered 18 years ago...

Moved here in 1972 from Madrid Spain. I was 12 years old. Dad was an Air Force officer transfered from Torrejon Spain. Dad retired here and I stayed. I knew when we got here, this was the final destination. No more moving. I love it here and will never leave. Granted, I did not want to leave Madrid. But San Antonio can't be beat as far as living in the USA.

I lived in St. Louis before I moved here in 1997.

I was born and raised in scenic Raymond, Illinois, home to 900 hearty souls of strictly farmer stock.

I love St. Louis, and my little chunk of the Midwest...except for the winters. Happily I have family up there so I get to go visit. I miss it A LOT - get homesick every spring and fall. But I married a native Texan so whether he goest I will go and we ain't goin' anywhere.
