We went there and they didn't even acknowledge us after sitting there for 10 minutes. We wanted to grab a bite and some drinks. This was about a year ago and maybe they have their regulars that know the process.

I've been there a few times to watch green bay games because it was advertised as a packer bar on the nfl website a few years ago. And surprisingly enough there were actually a number of fellow Wisconsin Ex-Pats there to watch the game with. I haven't been back in a few years ago mainly because I really don't like 2nd hand smoke and it is a little too far away from where i live now.

Great dive bar, and I've always enjoyed watching games there. Like mentioned above, it can get smokey there but usually that is later at night. Might want to check out Faulkers pub up the road, non-smoking bar with TVs on all the games.
