Turkey's are only .40/lb at HEB with $10 purchase - so not worth the fight to get a free one IMO.

I am more than sure that there may very well be people in this town who possibly couldnt even spare the $10 plus the cost of the turkey - so this is a great idea! Thanks for posting Saph!

FYI for anyone on WIC you can use your WIC items to meet the $10 requirement.

I did so 3 times - 3 turkeys for us.
