there are condos on i10 and heubner does any one know how much or when it opens. its a 13 or 14 stories high

I dont think it is open. I work right next door and they havent finished painting the back side of the place. They had a sign up with floorplans and prices, but they have taken it down. I never see cars there unless they are working on the place.

The Chancellor building is only 9 stories so I don't think it's the one he's talking about. Also, it's been open since 2004.

I hope they aren't high-end the building already looks like it was made in the late 70s/early 80s lol. They built that thing fast too...

They are still condos but they're not high-end, they start at $199,500.
